Daily Camp Schedule:

Morning Greetings, Confidence Building, and Warm-Up (9:00 AM - 9:15 AM): Each day at camp begins with a spirited morning greeting where we do more than just prepare the body for action — we engage the mind as well. This time is focused on building confidence, instilling good habits, and fostering a positive mindset that campers will carry through their athletic endeavors and beyond. A dynamic warm-up will follow, setting a positive tone for the day and getting muscles ready for peak performance.

Strength Training Fundamentals (9:15 AM - 10:00 AM):Our primary goal during this session is to teach the essentials of strength training, focusing on proper form and breathing techniques. By mastering these fundamentals, campers will be able to train effectively and safely, enhancing their performance and minimizing the risk of injury. Our coaches provide close guidance to ensure each athlete can develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Fitness Games for Speed and Agility (10:00 AM - 10:30 AM): To close the morning's activities, we'll engage in fitness games specifically chosen for tactical fun and their ability to improve speed and agility. These games help cement the camaraderie among campers while challenging them to apply their newfound skills in a lively, competitive setting. It's an excellent way for athletes to test their limits and enjoy the spirit of the camp.
